Camera Permission: We require access to your device's camera to scan documents, ID cards, and QR codes. The images captured are processed locally on your device and are not shared with us or any third parties.
Storage Permission: We require access to your device's storage (Read/Write) to save the scanned documents (PDF/Images) and to import images from your gallery for scanning.
Device Information: We may collect non-personal information such as device model, operating system version, and app crash logs via Google Play Services to improve app stability and performance.
3. How We Use Your Information
To Provide Services: To scan, crop, and convert images into PDF documents.
To Improve the App: To identify bugs and improve user experience (via anonymous crash logs).
No Cloud Upload: All scanning and OCR (Text Recognition) operations are performed offline on your device using Google ML Kit. We do not upload your scanned files to any cloud server.

5. Data Security We take data security seriously. Since ScanX Prime processes files locally on your device, your documents remain completely under your control. We do not have access to your scanned files. However, please remember that no method of electronic storage on a mobile device is 100% secure, and we recommend keeping your device secure.
