At nextorainfotech, we believe that your private documents should stay private. Our app is designed with a "Privacy by Design" philosophy.

1. No Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your personal information or files.

We do not require you to create an account or provide an email address.

We do not track your location or your device’s unique identifiers.

We do not collect "Usage Data" or analytics about how you use the app.

2. 100% Local Processing

All tools listed below are processed entirely on your device. Your files are never uploaded to a server or the cloud.

PDF Tools: Merge, Split, Lock, Unlock, Organizer, Rotate, Compressor, and PDF to OCR.

Image Tools: Image Editor, Compressor, and Converter (JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIFF, GIF).

Conversions: PDF to JPEG and Image to PDF.

Note on OCR: Unlike many other apps, our PDF to OCR technology runs locally on your device’s processor. Your document text is never sent to an external server for recognition.

3. No Third-Party Integration

To ensure maximum security, this app does not integrate with:

Third-party analytics (No Google Analytics, No Firebase).

Third-party advertising networks (No AdMob, No Facebook Ads).

Cloud storage providers (Unless you manually export a file to your own system).

Your data never leaves your device through our app.

4. Device Permissions

The app only requests the minimum permissions necessary to function:

Files/Storage: To allow you to select a PDF or Image to edit and to save the finished result to your device.

Camera: (Optional) Only if you choose to scan a physical document to convert it to PDF.

5. Data Security

Since we do not store your data on any servers, there is no database for us to breach. Your files are as secure as your physical device. If you use the PDF Lock feature, please remember your password; because we do not store your data, we have no way to recover locked files for you.

6. Changes to This Policy

Because we do not collect your contact information, we cannot notify you of changes via email. We recommend checking this page periodically. Any updates will be reflected by a new "Effective Date."
